Our Solution:

Once we receive the asset details from the client, we forward them to our Engineering team which devises the solution customized for each client. We divide the assets into two categories:

1. Ready for Automation: For these type of assets their connectivity will be established with the CMMS software through Gateway with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, or OEM sensors
2. Not Ready for Automation: For these types of assets the connectivity will be developed with CMMS software using sensors.

FOR IIOT SMART SENSORS:

we have successfully developed IIoT Smart Sensor’s integration with LLumin. Once LLumin has been implemented on the asset, the acquired data from sensors start appearing on LLumin’s Dashboard which shows all its parameters. It also triggers work order based on user-defined parameters as per the client’s threshold requirement.

FOR PLCS:

All smart PLCs (Siemens, Delta, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and OEM) can directly be connected through OPC-UA, OPC-DA, and MQTT protocols, and legacy PLCs can be connected through the smart gateway with LLumin for real-time machine monitoring. It enables remote conditional monitoring of assets which subsequently promotes the maintenance of assets from preventive to predictive methodology, it also incorporates prescription of any potential problem in the asset.
